- Be respectful to one another and coaches/staff/volunteers. There will be zero tolerance.

- Be on time to class. Be 5 minutes early no earlier than 15 minutes.

- Use clean language.

- Do not hit the bag or talk loudly while Coach is speaking during class.

- When your partner asks you to go light during class, go lighter.

- Wash Hand Wraps: Wear handwraps for every Muay Thai class. Handwraps must be washed regularly.

- Clean Gear: NO STINKY GEARS! Wipe down gloves, headgear, and shin guards with antibacterial wipes after each use and air them out to prevent odors and bacterial growth.

- Shower: Shower immediately after training to prevent skin infections.

- Attire: Wear clean clothes for each class.

- Nails: Keep fingernails and toenails short to prevent scratching training partners.

- Injuries: Cover any open cuts or scrapes.

- No Shoes: Take off your shoes immediately when you enter the gym and place them on the shoe rack. No street shoes near the mat area, and no socks on the mat when training.

- Towel Rule: Bring your own towel to wipe up sweat and place them on the shelf.

- No Food/Drink: Food, gum, and drinks are prohibited in training areas.

- Health & Safety Rules Stay Home if Sick: If you are ill, stay home to avoid spreading germs.

- Skin Infections: Immediately report any skin infections (ringworm, staph etc..) and do not train until cleared by a doctor. Bathroom: Keep the bathroom clean.

- Common Courtesy Return Gear: Return all equipment (thai pads, focus mitts, belly pads etc..) to its proper place after use. No Bad Body Odor/Scents: Avoid bad body odor, heavy cologne or perfume, which can be overwhelming in a closed gym environment. - -

- Additional Note Mat Rules: Do not leave anything on the mat (water bottle, gears, towels, bags, personal items etc..they should all be placed on the shelf and outerwear should hung on the coat hooks)
